Blue and Gold is done

we had 144 people come to the dinner it was great. we team with another ward so we have 15 boys. for the dinner we had hotdogs and the families brought potluck, the boys learned a song about the states, we did the changing of thier neckerchiefs the once whos birthdays were sence October, we did awards and the boys put on skits. we jugded thier pies and gave then big ribbins one of the leaders made. it turned out great. on the stage we did a camping sean for the back groung of their skits. we used all the free maps on the walls, the tables we painted boards yellow and blue then put the state flags in them. we got little usa flags on tooth picks put them in balls of clay at each place. no i dont have pictures but other people do. Now on to helping plan day camp. ot's in July but our stake is doing thier own so I told them they needed to get planning early. so i have a meeting tonight and have to have the cost of the cooking class and what the boys will earn in the class. I know i am more busy than i was RS presadent. i also have to plan tuesdays den meeting. if any one has great ideas i'm always looking for them. hope all has a great day.
