Is Christmas really done

We have been visiting with family, tomarrow Tony will go home and the New Year will come. Im like Danyel it all seams so strange this year. Im ready for a new. not sure what and i best be cautious what i ask for. change some times can be scary. Jeff is looking for a job, this will bring change it will be so strange not haveing him home after a year and a half of him being here. it's been great for the most part doing things togather but it will be good for him to get back to work. it will help on the bills and it also helps his self asteam. for me i need to start setting some goals and my todo list. well all have a good night

No Church today

Today was wird we had no church due to all the snow and ice. We wantched the BYU channel and sleeped Jeff and I are both sick with bad colds so we laid in warm blankets. Have a great day

I want a day Off

Last night was our ward Christmas dinner. Jeff is the activites person so you know what that means. We cooked almost 50lbs of patatos and 1 turkey other people did other things. Megan made most of the snowflakes for the decorations. it look great. she did a great job. then dinner turned out great we almost ran out of food. so this morning jeff and i got up and cleaned up our kitchen from all the cooking because i was very tired lastnight so i told jeff i would clean it today. it took us over an hour to do the dishes. Levi and his Girlfriend came also her mom and boyfriend. there were alot of people that are inactive that came. that is a good fealing. today i get to do bill ive been puting them off.
Yesturday a freind called to tell me that the place were she works is closing. they were giving away all their thread and selling their fabric for $5.00 a bolt son of course all else was put on hold till later. we got a whole car load of thread sewing and embroidery. and $85. of fabric. so mabe after Christmas i will get a day off from all the crazyness. well have a good day to all.

Snow Day

It has snowed off and on over the last few days. Brandi was hoping for a snow day at school and she got it. today they went to school 2 hours late then the school sent them home not even an hour later.
My brother in law drives truck and had to have work done on it the day before yesturday he was told it was done lastnight so we took him to the yard about 30 miles away and it wasn't done. so back home we came they told him it would be done by 10:00 am well it wasn't gone until today at 4:00 pm Jef I and Levi went to oregon to get teeth worked on. Levi had 2 pulled and Jeff had a cleaning and i had a tooth preped for a crown. some ask why we got to oregon for teeth work one it is way cheaper two our dentest in really good. the drive there and back was crazy it was snowing so it was slow but we prayed and our drive was safe. Late school tomarrow don't know why it's warming up and it's not snowing. but i can sleep in. well good night to all and love

time is speeding up

today Jeff and I went to the court house to file his moms papers. the court date they gave us is 12-26-08 then we get out the door before we realize that is the day after Christmas and that is only two weeks way i almost had a heart attak. time is just going to fast and i have to much to do. well the truth of it is i have procrastinated. so i best get busy. good thing i sent Danyels stuff and anthony is coming home for christmas. we are on a low budget so i'm trying to think of low cost gifts. We made it ti idaho for Thanksgiving it was goood to visit with everyone. we helped melanie put tile down in her bathroom and jodi with firealarms. the day after thanksgiving we drug dad and deigo to burns to help us with our house. we reroofed part of it and fixed the rafters on the other part and put insalating in the attic. ther hous needs alot of work. well its time to go get brandi i best close have a good christmas

A new look

Today as i read Suzzies Blogg it made me feel so good all the things she is thankful for. It helped me to be more greatful for thi things i do have in stead of complaing all the time. so as i start out on a new adventure i would like to tell you the things i am greatful for today. My children they each bring such joy into my life. for the warmth we had today and that i had the energy to go out and get some things done in the yard. at night when i go to bed and my body hurts so bad i'm greatful to have a nice soft bed to sleep in. i'm greatful to work on genyology with my daughters. i'm greatful to have good freinds that help me to be a better person. thank you to all. well i best get to bed good night to all love ya

Yes it's Friday

Yes it's friday this week has gone slow. I got a baby quilt done for a lade in oregon. Brandi and i went shopping last night I think we had fun. we looked at Christmas stuff that is always fun. I hope we can get our christmas stuff up soon. we leave wed. for Idaho. we will only get to spend one day there i'm greatful for that. i would love to stay longer but we have to go work on our house in oregon the roof is leaking. maybe we will see if we can sale it we had a guy that was thinking of buying it he changed his mind. to bad. well it's time to go take Brandi to School have a great day to all love Starleen

One of these days I will slow down

It's been while sence i've been on. When i do go on the computer i get hooked on genyology i've been wanting to do it for a long time now but i need to set my timer cause i sure get lost. Brandi has been helping me put names in i think she is liking it. wow time is flying to fast i want to get my train set and houses up but there is a hug list in front of it my goal is to clean house tomarrow so Brnadi and I can put it up this week. thank you Suzzy for the reciepi brandi and i are looking forward to it we will have fun. we haven't decided on a style yet but we have been talking about it. thanks for letting us be apart of this. well all have a great day gotta go do the dishes. thanks for all you love and support. we love you all

A Day to Rest

ya today i got a nap. I layed on the bed to read but fell asleep. it was nice. It's been raining hear. Oh we are getting a new Bishop we don't know when but before the end of Nov. our Bishop is moving to Arizona to take care of his mother. Life just keeps changing thats to keep us on our toes. well gotta go Visiting teaching. Have a good sunday

How are all you i'm sure you don't have trials hahaha. well we thought we could rest awhile from big projects but when the guy came to install our new fireplace insurt he told us the wall around the fireplace has to be redone. so here we are again working when to tiered to think. but it will look nice when it is all done. keeping up with kids. soccor is done ya. i told brandi we are focasing on school work for the winter. no much eles one of these days i need to call dorans omo to get a reciepe of the ginger bread. i think i can see my eyeballs floating ahead of me. mayeb i'll catch up with them. oh we did get good news Megan got a job in belveiw she starts tuesday. and Anthony will get to come home for Christmas this year. he is excited as are we. well gotta get back to work dinner break is over. have a good day.

The Quilt I Made

You know the Quilt i made with the lady bugs. Brother Judd picked it up tominght he loved it . about a half hour after he left i got a call from his wife oh i don't know if i said it was for thier anniversery, any way she loved it she was so excited and she knows a lady in utah that has a both at Peach days and would like to sell them there so i might be selling more that would be great. thats all i was just really excited that they liked it so much. have a great day.
